What happens once I've completed my order?

After placing your order and completing your payment, you'll receive a PDF questionnaire about your selected speech. You can fill out this form electronically—no need to print it! Once you've completed the questionnaire, simply email it to us at The Speech Factory (admin@speechfactory.co.za).((admin@speechfactory.co.za)) We'll start crafting your speech as soon as we receive the completed form.

How long does it take to receive my speech?

Accepted Answer

We aim to deliver your speech within 72 business hours of receiving your completed form. This way, you have plenty of time to review and practice your speech. However, we recommend ordering your speech well in advance to ensure you or your child have ample time to rehearse and perfect the delivery.

Can I request changes after I receive my speech?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your speech. The cost of your speech includes one round of editing, should any adjustments be needed. If you require further changes beyond the initial edit, an additional charge may apply. Our goal is to ensure your speech is perfect for your needs, so we’re here to work with you until you’re happy with the final result.

How do I make a payment?

We accept various payment methods, including EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and major credit cards via our secure payment partner, Peach Payments. Payment details will be provided when you checkout your order.
